The problem

Investors often need to interpret SEC filings, compare companies, and track material developments without relying on fragmented sources or unsupported conclusions. Research is time-intensive and difficult to keep rigorous and repeatable.

The solution

Built an AI research assistant that resolves company identities, retrieves and searches SEC filings, compares quarterly financial evidence, reviews analysis with a specialized subagent, integrates with Telegram for conversational research, and supports scheduled monitoring with optional Notion notes and Neon-backed deduplication.
